• HR Learning & Culture Intern｜人資學習與文化實習生 About the Role Are you curious about People, Learning and Culture and interested in how HR can help people and organizations grow? Join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development, HR Communication, Employee Experience, Employer Branding and Campus Talent. You will work closely with the HR team to create learning content, support HR communication and campaigns, and participate in real HR initiatives in a global organization. You will also have opportunities to explore AI-powered content creation, digital learning platforms, and training facilitation. What You Will Do Learning & Development • Create and develop training and e-learning materials using PowerPoint, AI tools and digital learning platforms such as Docebo / ELC ( Eurofins Learning Center) • Support training coordination and learning activities. • With interest and demonstrated capability, develop presentation and classroom facilitation skills. Communication, Culture & Employee Experience • Support HR communication through SharePoint and other internal channels. • Create engaging materials for HR programs, campaigns and employee activities. • Support HR orientation / onboarding activities, including games and interactive experiences. Employer Branding & Campus Talent • Support employer branding and campus engagement initiatives. • Assist with campus hiring, university programs and internship coordination. • Provide support for recruitment sourcing and coordination when needed. Qualifications: Core Qualifications • Current university student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field. • Strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or People & Culture, with curiosity about how HR supports people and organizational growth. • Good command of English, with the ability to work comfortably with English learning platforms and materials. • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a proactive and responsible approach to work. • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and comfortable learning new digital tools. Nice to Have • Experience with Canva, AI tools, Docebo, SharePoint, or other digital learning / communication platforms. • Experience supporting training, campus activities, events, communications, or employer branding. • Interest in developing presentation and classroom facilitation skills. Internship Details • Working schedule: At least 3 full days per week; full-time internship is welcome. • Duration: At least 6 months. • Compensation: NT$200/hour. • Working hours: 09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday. • Location: Wugu District, New Taipei City.
