• What You Will Do: Campaign Execution: Assist in end-to-end campaign setups, including promo code management and testing. Creative Support: Produce and resize banners/visual assets based on existing templates (basic design sense required). Reporting: Manage routine manual reporting, including screenshot documentation and data tracking. Process Optimization: Support the team in documenting SOPs for repetitive tasks to prepare for future automation. Ad-hoc Support: Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth project delivery. What You Will Need: Detail-Oriented: You have a "eagle eye" for errors—whether it’s a typo in a promo code or a misaligned pixel. Fast Learner: You can pick up new tools and complex workflows quickly in a fast-paced environment. Aesthetic Sense: You have a good eye for design and layout, ensuring all campaign assets look professional. Organized: You can manage multiple small tasks without losing track of deadlines. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva/Figma/Photoshop) and Google Sheets/Excel is a plus. Language skill: able to communicate in English. If able Japanese, is a plus.
