After one year, compensation growth is based on tangible performance and impact, ensuring your rewards grow in sync with your contributions. 【Key Responsibilities】 - Market Entry: Assist in preparing documents for Mexico branch setup and researching local NOM regulations. - Logistics Support: Track international shipments and assist in preparing customs documents (Invoices, Packing Lists). - Warehouse Coordination: Support inbound workflows for Mercado Libre (Full) and Amazon FBA. - E-commerce Ops: Localize product listings into Mexican Spanish and manage daily seller portal updates. - Customer Support: Handle pre-sales and post-sales inquiries in Spanish via platform chat or WhatsApp. 【Requirements】 - Spanish: DELE B2/C1 or equivalent. Strong business writing and reading skills. - Chinese: Fluent.
