• Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging online subject and English proficiency instruction to primary and secondary school students from both general and international schools - Assist students in strengthening their academic knowledge, enhancing their English language skills, and resolving their academic concerns - Plan, develop, and execute effective online courses and activities - Establish clear learning objectives, define curriculum scope, and outline lesson content - Prepare engaging lesson materials, comprehensive course resources, and relevant assignments - Provide individualised feedback and support to students to promote their academic progress - Collaborate with the Academic Team to ensure consistent and high-quality instruction Qualifications: - Minimum of two years of teaching experience or 50+ hours of teaching experience in a single subject - Expertise in teaching GCSE/IGCSE/A-Level/IB/AP courses, including but not limited to Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Business, Arts, Geography, History, Sociology, and Music - Fluency in both Chinese and English or the ability to deliver instruction solely in English - Proficiency in using online platforms such as Zoom and Teams for online teaching - Overseas study experience or international school experience is a strong asset Work Schedule: - Primarily weekdays (Monday to Friday) during afternoons and evenings - Occasional weekend work may be required based on student scheduling needs Compensation: - Hourly pay rate based on experience and teaching subjects - Flexible work schedule How to Apply: - Please submit your resume and any other relevant attachments to [email protected] with the subject line "Your Name: Application for OO Part-time Tutor Position" and include your desired hourly rate. - Please include the following in your resume: personal teaching experience, teaching context and style, subjects and testing systems you can teach, desired hourly rate, and a personal photo.
