Our Brand & Marketing team drives the brand through storytelling and content — owning external narrative, award submissions, social media, and the production of major brand and internal events. 【工作內容 / Responsibilities】 獎項提案 / Award Submissions 協助國內外品牌與設計獎項申請:資料整理、文件撰寫、進度追蹤 Support submissions for domestic and international brand/design awards — research, copywriting, and project tracking Social Media 內容企劃 / Social Media 貼文企劃、素材整理、跨平台內容協作 Plan posts, prepare assets, and coordinate content across platforms 仲夏夜(公司年度內部活動)/ Midsummer Night (Internal Employee Event) 協助 ALP 年度員工與家屬同樂活動的前期規劃、廠商聯繫、現場執行 Support planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for ALP's annual employee & family day 2026 台灣設計展(桃園設計展)/ 2026 Taiwan Design Expo (Taoyuan) 專案策劃支援:資料蒐集、簡報製作、跨部門協作 Project support — research, decks, cross-team coordination 其他品牌專案 / Other Brand Projects 如 Mega Factory 全英文紀錄片前期作業等 E.g., pre-production support for the all-English Mega Factory documentary 【必備條件 / Requirements】 在學中之大學部 / 碩士生,行銷、傳播、外語、新聞、設計、商管、心理等相關科系 Current undergrad or master's student in marketing, communications, languages, journalism, design, business, or psychology 中文母語,英文聽說讀寫流利,能處理全英文工作文件與會議 Native Mandarin with professional English fluency (able to handle full English deliverables and meetings) 強的溝通協調能力 — 能與跨部門、外部廠商、跨層級對象有效對話與整合 Strong communication and coordination — able to engage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders effectively 文案敏感度 — 對中、英文行銷文字與品牌敘事有感覺,願意打磨字句 Copy sensitivity — feel for Chinese and English marketing copy and brand storytelling; willingness to refine word by word 大型活動籌備經驗 — 校園活動、社團大型活動、商業活動皆可,有現場應變經驗尤佳 Large-scale event experience — campus, club, or commercial events; bonus for on-site problem-solving 跨文化溝通 — 國際交換、海外志工、雙語環境等經驗,能在多元文化中自在合作 Cross-cultural communication — exchange, overseas volunteering, or bilingual environment experience 細膩、負責、注重交付品質,可同時處理多個專案 Detail-oriented, accountable, quality-focused, able to manage multiple projects in parallel 【加分條件 / Nice to Have】 具備品牌、行銷、消費者行為、文案寫作相關修課或專案經驗 Coursework or project experience in branding, marketing, consumer behavior, or copywriting 熟悉 Microsoft Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word) Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 社團幹部、活動策劃、志工服務經驗 Club leadership, event planning, or volunteering experience
