This role is designed to develop future team leads who can contribute to digital transformation and data-informed decision-making. 【WHAT YOU’LL DO】 1. AI Application and Workflow Optimization - Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for AI or automation enhancements; execute proof-of-concept when applicable - Assist in implementing tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor. 2. Cross-Departmental Rotation - Rotate through CEO office, corporate operations , business, operations, marketing, or HR teams to solve real problems using AI solutions - Support documentation of improved processes and create internal guides for AI usage 3. Data Gathering and Insight Reporting - Summarize use cases and results in internal reports - Automate routine data tasks or dashboard updates (e.g., Google Sheets + GPT integrations) 4. Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing - Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools - Organize and deliver internal sharing sessions or proposals for new AI applications 【WHAT YOU’LL NEED】 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (STEM, business, or social science background preferred) 2. At least one of the following: Familiarity with ChatGPT, Notion AI,n8n, or cursor. 3. Experience using automation tools like n8n 4. Basic Python or SQL is a plus 5. Strong communication and collaboration skills 6. Problem-solving and structured thinking 7.
