• 【部門介紹】 Garmin的使用者經驗設計團隊持續地打造令人愉悅的產品使用體驗，將Garmin在各個領域的核心技術有效地落實在人們的生活當中。隸屬UX部門的Technical Writing & Localization Team成員組成來自不同國家，主要負責Garmin產品的在地化相關事務，期望藉著文字的力量結合各國使用者經驗，帶給用戶良好的使用體驗。 At Garmin, you will have the opportunity to create industry-leading user experiences. Focused on areas such as Health, Fitness, Outdoor activities, Automotive, and Marine, your work will contribute to designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences that become an indispensable part of users' lives. The Technical Writing & Localization team serves as the bridge between Garmin and our users across Asia. We are responsible for localizing a wide range of content—including instruction manuals, UI strings, and marketing copy—for wearables and various other product lines. Our goal is to ensure that users in diverse specialized fields can fully experience our products exactly as intended. 【工作描述】 • 產品韓文或泰文在地化事項協助 • 翻譯的檢查與修正、更新 • 線上手冊的編輯、發行與上傳 • 印刷手冊的產出與製作 【基本需求】 • 韓文/泰文母語人士優先，英文閱讀理解能力中高（TOEIC 700分以上）、中文能力中等（請提出華語文修習時數或測驗證明）。 • 本國籍人士韓文需TOPIK 5級以上，泰文需CU-TFL良好級-優秀級以上。 • 細心、有耐心，可適應長時間的文書工作。 • 對於文字的品質有堅持，致力於以文字帶來良好的使用者體驗。 【其他條件】 • 喜愛/擅長戶外活動（跑步、自行車、游泳、潛水、高爾夫、滑雪、登山）者優先考慮。 • 有編輯、排版、寫作或翻譯相關經驗佳。 【Job Description】 • Assist with product localization tasks for Korean or Thai markets. • Review, proofread, and update translations • Edit, publish, and upload online manuals • Create and publish printed manuals. 【Basic Requirements】 • Native Korean or Thai speakers preferred • Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent) • Intermediate proficiency in Chinese (with proof of Chinese coursework hours or proficiency test results) • For Taiwanese citizens, a minimum of TOPIK Level 5 is required for Korean, or a Good to Excellent level in CU-TFL for Thai • Detail-oriented and patient, capable of sustaining high concentration for extended periods of documentation and intensive proofreading work. • High standard for content quality and a passion for driving exceptional user experience through the power of language 【Bonus Points】 • Enthusiastic in outdoor activities (running, cycling, swimming, diving, golf, skiing, hiking/mountaineering) is highly preferred. • Prior experience in editing, desktop publishing, writing, or translation is a plus.
