• About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support the execution of visual merchandising initiatives across boutiques and special events. This role will be responsible for maintaining brand visual standards, coordinating VM operations, and supporting in-store and event visual execution to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience. Key Responsibilities Visual Standards & Boutique Excellence * Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across boutiques to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. * Support the review and enhancement of VM procedures and operational flows to improve efficiency and execution quality. * Conduct regular boutique visits to monitor visual presentation and provide recommendations for improvement. VM Operations & PLV Management * Manage the ordering, allocation, and tracking of display props (PLV) and VM materials. * Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of VM materials. * Maintain and update VM guidelines, visual references, and documentation to support brand consistency. Boutique & Event Visual Support * Provide on-site VM support for boutique launches seasonal campaigns, product presentations, and trunk shows. * Assist with display installation, styling, product presentation, and visual maintenance. * Collaborate with boutique teams to ensure exceptional visual execution and client experience.
