• [Requirements] At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience with Taiwanese students. Stable internet connection and a computer. Visa sponsorship is not provided. Must currently be located in Taiwan. Able to work from home. Experience teaching group classes and maintaining a professional attitude. Comfortable using computers and familiar with Google Meet. Friendly, easy to work with, and talkative personality. [Salary] Starting hourly rate: NTD 700–800 [Teaching Level] Intermediate and above Online group classes: 50 minutes (maximum 8 students, class opens even with 1 student) Our website: https://afterwork.com.tw [Position Summary] • Motivate and guide students to actively use English, rather than simply teaching, while creating a relaxed and engaging learning atmosphere. • Deliver high-quality lessons that are appropriate for the level and practical for real-life use. • Create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves in English. • Ensure clients’ learning experience at Afterwork meets or exceeds their expectations. • Communicate with team members regarding students’ progress, strengths, challenges, and suggestions for course materials. • Teaching materials will be provided (teachers may prepare additional supplementary materials and should prepare adequately for classes). • Provide students with a diverse and engaging learning experience. [Schedule] Since our students are busy professionals, classes are mainly scheduled: • Monday to Friday evenings (19:00–23:00) • Saturday daytime (10:00–15:00) At the beginning, teachers will start with about 2 hours of classes per week, and the schedule may be adjusted based on cooperation and student feedback.
