• The Intern Program in Taiwan is a 1-year program that offers a comprehensive and engaging experience to support new talent. The program will start from 1 July, and it helps interns grow and develop their skills with the goal of keeping high potential interns as internal hires. Open to fourth year university students, second year master students, and recent graduates. Requires three days a week (24 hours). In your new role you will: • Learn from existing data analysis platforms/tools. • Explore methods to scale, optimize and maintain automation solutions • Design and develop Tableau visualization solutions to support operation daily works • Evaluate patterns and meaningful insights from data through qualitative and quantitative analysis • The student, as part of the foundry operation team, will be involved in development, optimization and maintenance of automation projects, to enhance silicon foundry operation monitoring KPIs and regular reporting. • Transition the process of collecting information and data from internal stakeholders from manual to automated methods. • Learn how to identify process weaknesses and optimize communication and data flows to improve organizational efficiency. • Additionally, act as a data quality gate by ensuring that all required data is entered accurately and on time. Monitor data submissions regularly, follow up with stakeholders as needed, and implement checks to maintain high data quality throughout the reporting process. Internship learning outcomes: • Gain insights into Semiconductor industry and Taiwan foundry environment and operation. • Hands-on experience on transforming real-world multi-dimensional data into meaningful output • Develop communication and presentation skills
