Visit www.appier.com for more information. 【About the role】 As a Technical Solutions Engineer Intern, you will follow established guidelines and SOPs to help customers integrate and optimize our products, troubleshoot and explore technical issues, and provide expert guidance. Your main responsibility is to execute each task with precision and consistent service. - Efficiently follow established guidelines and SOPs to assist new clients with a smooth onboarding and go-live process. - Maintain a high degree of precision when documenting, communicating, and processing the work and issues to ensure every detail is accurately captured. - Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to help both customers and internal teams. - Effectively communicate technical concepts and problems to both technical and non-technical teams. - Assisting in the evaluation and integration of generative AI tools and platforms into existing workflow.
