• We are looking for a Data Analysis Intern to support our co-innovation space through data-driven analysis, reporting, and basic forecasting. This role focuses on transforming operational and event data into actionable insights that support planning, optimization, and decision-making. Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and organize operational, event, and usage data from multiple sources. • Conduct data analysis and trend identification, primarily using Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools. • Utilize Excel Pivot Tables to consolidate data, generate reports, and extract insights. • Analyze historical data to support basic forecasting (e.g., event participation, space usage, activity trends). • Prepare analytical summaries and dashboards for internal stakeholders. • Support meetings, workshops, and activities mainly through pre- and post-event data analysis. • Assist with other data-related tasks as assigned (administrative support is minimal). Nice to Have • Coursework or project experience related to data analysis or forecasting. • Experience with Google Sheets or basic data visualization. • Interest in innovation ecosystems, startups, or co-innovation environments.
