It develops barebone servers and server motherboards in cloud computing, HPC and storage. The company’s headquarter locates in Beitou, Taipei but the sales channels are all over the world. ASRock Rack is an upstart in the cloud and datacenter market, successfully sold its products to large datacenters in USA, EU, China, Russia, Japan and Korea. It plans to IPO in the upcoming years.
