After graduation, you may also have the opportunity to continue your career in Taiwan by applying for a points-based work permit. 開放職缺及工作內容 Open Positions & Job Responsibilities： 1. 餐務部 Stewarding Department (1)後場環境清潔維護及餐務洗滌工作。 (2)各項餐具、大型器具、餐盤、銀器、不鏽鋼餐具洗滌及協助所有廚房設備及用具的保養維護、清潔消毒及存放保管。 (1)Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of back-of-house areas. (2)Perform dishwashing duties, including cleaning tableware, large kitchen equipment, plates, silverware, and stainless-steel utensils. Assist in the cleaning, sanitizing, proper storage, and routine maintenance of all kitchen equipment and utensils. 2. 餐飲部 Food & Beverage Department -自助餐廳 Buffet Restaurant (1)收拾餐具、餐盤。 (2)提供顧客所需要的餐點及餐飲服務。 (3)清楚了解客人需要，並給予適宜的協助。 (4)協助餐具擺設。 (1)Clear used tableware and plates. (2)Provide food and beverage services to guests as required. (3)Understand guests’ needs and offer appropriate assistance. (4)Assist with table setting and tableware arrangement. -宴會廳 Banquet Service (1) 負責擺盤、送餐及聯繫內外場之工作。 (2)帶位、介紹餐點、上菜、倒水、清潔、點餐等工作。 (3)於客人用餐完畢後，負責收拾碗盤與清理環境。 (4)宴會廳會議/宴席準備、餐飲服務、整理工作。 (1)Assist with food plating, food delivery, and coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. (2)Perform guest seating, menu introduction, food service, water service, cleaning, and order taking. (3)Clear tableware and clean the dining area after guests have finished their meals. (4)Assist with banquet and meeting setup, food and beverage service, and post-event cleanup.
