• 營運與客戶體驗專員 massform 做的是兼具藝術感與聲學功能的吸音板，不是那種工廠量產的產品，是真的有設計在裡面的東西。我們是一個小而專注的團隊，正在找一個能把後勤和客服真正顧好的專才，和我們一起把這件事做得更好。 你每天大概在做什麼 - 追蹤出貨狀態、協調美國和歐洲倉庫，出問題之前先發現、先處理 - 用英文回覆客服信件，退貨、詢問、出貨問題都有，不需要照稿念，好好說清楚就行 - 管理 Shopify 後台和 3PL 平台的日常運作 - 幫我們研究並開發歐洲 3PL 合作夥伴，能夠比較、篩選、問對問題 - 處理行銷寄送，包含創作者贈品包、樣品寄送等 - 對歐洲物流和稅務有基本理解，我們會支援你，但有好奇心的人學得快 - 把 AI 工具融入日常工作流程，用在起草回覆、研究物流、整理資訊、加快處理速度 這份工作的真實樣貌 - 每天幾個小時，大部分時間是非同步處理。有些天很安靜，有些天倉庫出狀況你得第一個知道怎麼應對。我們不需要需要人帶的人，我們要的是自己會注意、自己會動的人。我們是小團隊，有時候這代表你得做描述以外的事。 你可能很適合，如果你是這樣的人 - 有電商、物流、貨運或客服相關工作經驗，哪怕短暫也好 - 英文書寫真的不錯，不是「還可以」那種 - 那種有條理是因為東西不會漏掉，不是因為什麼都要完美才能開始 - 對國際出貨、歐洲法規有點好奇心 - 看到流程跑順了會覺得有點爽 - 你已經把 AI 工具當成真正的工作夥伴在用，不是偶爾試試，是習慣性地用它思考、起草、解決問題。這是必要條件，不是加分項 之後可以往哪走 - 隨著我們在歐洲和美國持續成長，這個職位的責任範圍也會跟著長。如果你對行銷操作和活動協調也有興趣，也有空間往那個方向走。 基本資訊 - 兼職，每天約 4-6 小時 - 遠端或台北混合辦公 - 月薪 NT$26,000–30,000 - 請寄一段簡短自我介紹，附上相關資歷，履歷、作品集或一封說明都可以。請不要寄那種套好的 cover letter 格式。 應徵請寄：[email protected] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Operations & Customer Experience Massform makes sculptural acoustic panels — the kind that belong in a serious studio or a beautifully designed space. We're a small, focused team, and we're looking for someone who genuinely owns operations and customer experience — and wants to help us keep raising the bar. What you'll actually be doing - Track shipments and coordinate with our US and European warehouses — keep things moving and flag issues before they become problems - Handle customer service emails in English — returns, queries, shipping questions. - No scripts, just clear human responses - Manage logistics on our Shopify and 3PL platforms day to day - Help us explore and onboard European 3PL partners — someone who can research, compare, and ask the right questions - Handle marketing send-outs — gifting, creator outreach packages, samples - Navigate some European shipping and tax basics — we'll support you, but curiosity here goes a long way - Use AI tools actively in your daily workflow — for drafting responses, researching logistics, summarising information, and problem-solving faster What this job is actually like - A few hours a day, mostly async. Some days are quiet. Some days a warehouse loses a pallet and you're the one figuring it out. We're not looking for someone who needs hand-holding — we're looking for someone who notices things and handles them. We're a small team. Sometimes that means stepping outside the job description. You're probably a good fit if - You've worked in ecommerce, freight, logistics, or customer operations before — even briefly - Your written English is genuinely strong - You're organised in the way that means things don't fall through cracks, not in the way that means you need everything perfect before starting - You're curious about how international shipping and European market regulations work - You find a well-run operation quietly satisfying - You already use AI tools as a real collaborator — not occasionally, but as a default part of how you work, think, and solve problems. This is a requirement, not a bonus Growth path - As we scale into Europe and grow our US presence, this role grows with us. There's also room to get involved in marketing operations and campaign coordination if that direction interests you.
