• 【Job Purpose/Overview】 We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Operation Intern to support daily order placement and payment submission tasks. This role focuses on administrative accuracy, timely coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and bottlers. 【Key Responsibilities】 • Create and place purchase orders based on bottlers requests and supplier lead times. • Verify order details (pricing, quantity, delivery date) before submission. • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order acceptance and follow up on delivery timelines. • Collect and prepare all required shipping documents — such as the invoice, packing list, etc • Prepare and submit payment requests to AP team and ensure correct documents are attached. • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and payment documents in SAP/Excel. • Support simple logistics coordination when needed 【Job Specifications/Qualifications】 • Experience or basic understanding of order processing or supply chain operations (preferred but not mandatory). • Proficient in Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering, vlookup). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Good communication skills and ability to follow clear procedures. • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently • Able to work 20 hours a week
