• Job Summary: Wash cafeteria trays, utensils, etc. Ensure that all washed items meet our sanitary standards and are sufficient to always meet our operational needs. 負責清洗餐廳托盤、餐具及其他餐飲設備，確保所有清潔後的用品符合食品衛生與安全標準，並維持足夠庫存，以支援餐飲服務之正常營運。 Key Responsibilities: Complete kitchen work as per the instructions of our chefs and FSD management依餐廳部主管指示完成廚房相關工作。 Ensure all utensils and trays are thoroughly cleaned each day. 確保餐具及托盤每日清潔。 Maintain dishwashing machine; ensure dishwashing machine area is kept clean. 維護洗碗機設備，並保持洗碗機作業區域整潔。 Rotate utility cart cleaning duties輪流負責工作推車之清潔工作。 Assist with daily closing and cleaning duties in the snack bar. 協助小吃部每日打烊及清潔整理工作。 Help wherever needed視營運需求提供其他支援與協助。 Qualifications: High School graduate 高中畢業 At least one year of restaurant experience至少一年相關餐飲工作經驗 Native Mandarin speaker of Mandarin. Fluency in Taiwanese a plus流利國語溝通能力；如能流利使用台語者尤佳 Knowledge and concept of sanitation具備餐飲衛生之相關知識 Able to stand for long periods of time具備長時間站立作業的能力 Hardworking, flexible, fast and accurate in completing designated work 工作認真、配合度高並能有效率的完成指派之任務 Attention to detail, especially food quality and sanitation 能謹慎小心以確保食物之品質及衛生 10-month position every school year Work schedule: 10:45AM to 17:15PM, inclusive 0.5 hour lunch break 10-month position every school year 每年工作十個月
