• Position Summary The IA Offer Marketing Intern will support the Taiwan Industrial Automation (IA) Offer Marketing team in market research, offer management, product launch activities, sales enablement, and business analysis. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to industrial automation, smart manufacturing, digital transformation, and AI-related technologies while working closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and business stakeholders. --- Key Responsibilities Market Research & Business Analysis · Support market research and analysis on Industrial Automation, Smart Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, and AI-related trends. · Collect and analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor information. · Assist in identifying business opportunities and preparing market intelligence reports. · Support business reviews, portfolio analysis, and management presentations. Offer Marketing & Product Support · Assist Offer Marketing Managers in managing product portfolios and marketing initiatives. · Support product launch and offer deployment activities. · Assist in preparing product presentations, customer-facing materials, and sales enablement tools. · Support localization and maintenance of product marketing content and sales materials. Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement · Support preparation of sales kits, presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral. · Assist in organizing customer seminars, webinars, workshops, and internal training sessions. · Help maintain repositories of product, marketing, and competitive information for internal stakeholders. Project Coordination · Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Operations teams to support business initiatives. · Track project progress, action items, and follow-up activities. · Support cross-functional projects related to Industrial Automation, Smart Manufacturing, Sustainability, and Digital Transformation. Data Management & Reporting · Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint. · Support preparation of dashboards, status reports, and business updates. · Maintain organized records of marketing activities, project documentation, and business performance tracking.
