• • Contract & Logistics Management: Support the execution of influencer and vendor contracts, including sponsored product logistics and internal financial/procurement processes. • System & Database Maintenance: Responsible for regular updates of product specification tables within the internal web system on a weekly basis, ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date. • Content Creation: Assist in developing e-newsletters and marketing collateral, including basic layout design using tools like Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint. • Global Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing global marketing strategies, spanning online digital campaigns, offline brand events, and creative community activations. • Event Coordination: Provide end-to-end support for events, including logistics planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up coordination. Job Requirements: • Organizational Excellence: Highly organized and efficient with superior time management skills; meticulous and deeply detail-oriented in executing tasks. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in cross-departmental communication (Global Marketing, Design, etc.); capable of defining clear requirements, planning timelines, and proactively tracking project progress. • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with Mailchimp, Figma, or Typeform is a plus. • Data Literacy: Possess a data-driven mindset with a basic understanding of digital metrics; able to interpret insights from social media, web traffic, or digital advertising. • AI Adaptability: Comfortable with and enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, including content drafting, market research, and creative ideation.
