After one year, compensation growth is based on tangible performance and impact, ensuring your rewards grow in sync with your contributions. 【Job Responsibilities】 As an intern, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Manager to support the brand's 0-to-1 expansion into the South Korean market: 1. Market Entry & Administrative Support - Documentation: Assist in organizing administrative documents for the establishment of a South Korean branch/subsidiary and handle preliminary correspondence with local legal or administrative scriveners. - Account Application: Support the administrative process for opening South Korean bank accounts and applying for business-related services (e.g., business phone lines, payment gateways). - Regulatory Research: Help research and compile data on South Korean product regulations (e.g., KC Certification, MFDS food and drug safety standards) to ensure product compliance. 2. Cross-Border Logistics & Supply Chain Support - Shipment Tracking: Assist in tracking the status of cross-border shipments from Taiwan to Korea and learn to prepare customs clearance documents (Invoice, Packing List). - Importer Coordination: Help handle administrative tasks related to the Importer of Record (IOR) and record-keeping for customs duties. - Warehouse Coordination: Learn South Korean warehousing workflows (e.g., Coupang Rocket Delivery inbound process or 3PL arrangements). 3. E-commerce Operations & Localization - Content Localization: Translate and adapt product information from Chinese/English into natural Korean copy, including keyword optimization (Listing Optimization). - Storefront Maintenance: Assist in the daily operations and data logging for major South Korean e-commerce platforms (e.g., Coupang, Naver Smart Store, Gmarket). - Customer Support: Handle pre-sales inquiries and basic post-sales support in Korean via email or KakaoTalk under the guidance of a supervisor. 【工作職責】 作為實習生,你將在資深主管帶領下,協助品牌完成韓國市場的落地佈局與日常營運: 1. 協助市場落地與行政支援 (Market Entry Support) - 文件準備: 協助整理韓國分公司設立所需的行政資料,並練習與韓國當地法務或代書單位進行文書往來。 - 帳戶申請: 支援韓國銀行開戶、商務電話及相關商務帳號(如實名認證、支付金流)的申請流程。 - 法規資料蒐集: 協助研究韓國產品安全規範(如:KC 認證、食品醫藥品安全處 MFDS 相關規範),確保產品符合當地進口標準。 2. 跨境物流與庫存管理協助 (Logistics Assistance) - 物流追蹤: 協助追蹤台灣至韓國的跨境貨件狀態,學習處理報關所需文件(如 Invoice, Packing List)。 - 進口商庶務: 協助處理韓國進口商名義 (IOR) 之行政聯繫與關稅繳納紀錄。 - 倉儲協作: 學習韓國當地倉儲流程(如:Coupang Rocket Delivery 入倉或第三方物流配送)。 3. 電商營運與在地化執行 (E-commerce & Localization) - 文案在地化: 將中文產品資訊轉化為符合韓國人消費習慣的韓文文案(包含關鍵字優化與商品詳情頁翻譯)。 - 店鋪日常維護: 協助韓國主流電商平台(如 Coupang, Naver Smart Store, Gmarket)的後台日常操作與數據紀錄。 - 第一線客服: 在主管指導下,透過韓文回覆消費者諮詢或透過 KakaoTalk 處理客戶售後問題。 【應徵條件】 1. 語言能力 - 韓文: 具備 TOPIK 6 級,具備優異的韓文讀寫能力,能精準撰寫商務郵件並閱讀法律文件。 - 中文: 精通,能將台灣團隊的品牌理念轉譯為在地化的韓文內容。 2. 學習動機與經歷 - 學經歷: 商管、韓文或國際貿易相關科系在學或應屆畢業生。 - 加分項: 曾有韓國留學/交換經驗,或有操作過韓國電商後台、熟悉韓國網購文化者。 3. 專業特質 - 效率與細心: 韓國商務節奏快速(Pali-pali 文化),需能兼顧效率與文書準確性。 - 跨文化溝通: 熟悉韓國職場禮儀(如尊稱使用、商務應酬基本常識)。 【實習收穫】 - 實戰經驗: 完整參與品牌進入韓國市場(從法規到物流)的 0 到 1 過程。 - 導師帶領: 學習如何與韓國廠商溝通,並掌握韓國獨特的電商生態圈。 - 專業技能: 實操韓國最大電商平台 Coupang 與搜尋引擎 Naver 的運算與行銷邏輯。
