• 關於我們：打造千萬用戶量級的掌上型體驗 TVBS 的行動應用程式 (App) 是我們觸及數百萬用戶、傳遞新聞資訊與影音內容的核心渠道。我們追求的不僅是功能的實現，更是流暢的互動體驗、毫秒必爭的效能，以及穩健的程式架構。我們深信最佳的架構與設計皆來自於能自我組織的團隊。 我們正在尋找充滿熱情與潛力的 App 開發實習生 (iOS / Android / Flutter) 加入我們。無論你是已經熟悉特定架構的「即戰力」，還是剛開始摸索行動開發但渴望在真實專案中快速成長的「潛力新星」，我們都非常歡迎。 在這裡，你將在資深 App 開發工程師的指導（Mentorship）下，參與跨職能的 Scrum 團隊，實際處理高流量 App 的原生或跨平台開發與維護，並學習如何以業界最高標準來撰寫高可讀性、易於測試的程式碼。 【主要職責】 (Responsibilities) ● 參與核心功能開發： 在資深工程師的指導下，與 PM、UI/UX 設計師及後端工程師緊密協作，協助設計並建置 iOS、Android 或是 Flutter 平台的應用程式新功能。 ● 學習現代 App 架構： 參與團隊日常開發，學習並實踐現代 App 架構模式（如 MVVM, BLoC, Clean Architecture），了解如何打造高可維護性的軟體。 ● 主動監控與效能除錯： 培養「系統優先 (System-first)」的工程思維。學習使用 Crashlytics 等監控工具，以及規範化的 Log 紀錄方式，主動發現、分析並協助修復 App 異常與效能瓶頸，而非單純等待用戶回報。 ● 實踐高標準工程規範： 參與 Code Review，學習業界標準的編碼規範 (Coding Standards)，並依需求協助撰寫自動化單元測試，確保交付品質。 ● 技術探索： 跟隨團隊腳步，接觸並學習雙平台新技術（如 SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose）或跨平台解決方案的優化，了解其在實際商業產品中的應用。 About Us: Crafting Mobile Experiences for Millions of Users TVBS's mobile applications are central to how we reach millions of users, delivering news and video content daily. We pursue not only feature completion but also a seamless interactive experience, millisecond-level performance, and a robust application architecture. We deeply believe that the best architectures and designs emerge from self-organizing teams. We are looking for a passionate and high-potential App Engineer Intern (iOS / Android / Flutter) to join us. Whether you specialize in native iOS (Swift), native Android (Kotlin), or cross-platform development (Flutter), we want you. Under the mentorship of senior app developers, you will participate in a cross-functional Scrum team, contribute to the development of high-traffic mobile apps, and learn to write readable, testable code to the industry's highest standards. Key Responsibilities & Learning Objectives ● Core Feature Development: Under guidance, collaborate closely with PMs, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to design and build new features for our iOS, Android, or Flutter applications. ● Learn Modern App Architecture: Participate in daily development and learn to implement modern architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, BLoC, Clean Architecture) to build highly maintainable software. ● Proactive Monitoring & Debugging: Cultivate a "system-first" engineering mindset. Learn to use tools like Crashlytics and standardized logging practices to proactively identify, analyze, and help fix app crashes and performance bottlenecks, rather than waiting for user reports. ● Engineering Quality & Best Practices: Participate in Code Reviews, adopt industry coding standards, and help write automated unit tests to ensure delivery quality. ● Technology Exploration: Gain exposure to new mobile technologies (e.g., SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose) and cross-platform optimizations, understanding how they are applied in commercial products.
