• The Intern Program in Taiwan is a 1-year program that offers a comprehensive and engaging experience to support new talent. The program will start from 1 July, and it helps interns grow and develop their skills with the goal of keeping high potential interns as internal hires. Open to fourth year university students, second year master students, and recent graduates. Requires three days a week (24 hours). Job description: 1. AI background and experience: Demonstrated practical experience in machine learning or AI (e.g., classical ML, deep learning, or LLMs) applied to engineering workflows; familiarity with model development, evaluation, and integration into toolchains for tasks such as code generation, test generation, or anomaly detection. 2. Engineering code generation and software development: Responsible for developing high-quality, maintainable code for embedded systems and tools (e.g., C/C++, Python) and leveraging AI-assisted code generation to accelerate development while adhering to coding standards, security best practices, and review processes. 3. Evaluation board setup and bring-up: Own the selection, assembly, configuration, and bring-up of evaluation boards (e.g., microcontrollers, sensors, power modules), including flashing firmware, interfacing with debuggers, performing initial measurements, and validating board functionality against requirements. 4. Disti FAE training and enablement: Support distributor Field Application Engineers by preparing technical training materials (slides, lab guides, demos), delivering enablement sessions, creating troubleshooting FAQs, and capturing field feedback to refine content and improve customer adoption. 5. Documentation, collaboration, and compliance: Produce clear documentation (user guides, application notes, test reports), maintain version-controlled repositories, collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and product teams, and follow company policies for cybersecurity, IP protection, safety, and quality.
