We are looking for an intern with solid data analysis skills and a B2B business development mindset. You will build and maintain prospect lists, use Excel / Google Apps Script / Python to optimize workflows and automate reports, and leverage internal and external resources (CRM, event lists, public data, list tools) to identify opportunities and improve outreach efficiency and conversion. ➤ What You’ll Do ● Collect, organize, and analyze market and prospect data ● Maintain and regularly update prospect lists ● Improve existing workflows and design new ones (including simple automation tools) ● Analyze data and market trends to identify potential customers and sales opportunities ● Support pre-event tasks for BD / partner recruitment activities ● Other tasks assigned by the supervisor ➤ We Hope You Have ● Technical: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data cleaning, advanced functions) and at least one data tool (Google Apps Script / Python / basic web scraping) ● BD Orientation: Willing and able to do initial outreach and list qualification via email / ● LinkedIn / phone, and adjust messaging by industry / segment / role ● Resourcefulness: Can proactively use CRM, event lists, public data, list tools to expand and improve list quality ● Analysis & Communication: Turn data into actionable recommendations; present clearly with reports / slides ● Work Style: Detail-oriented, good time management; available 25 hours per week with self-directed progress tracking ➤Nice to Have ● Interest in SaaS / B2B sales / business development; comfortable with outbound and phone outreach ● Experience in BD / SDR / telesales, front desk / customer service, or restaurant retail (incl. part-time) ● Passion for the restaurant industry and awareness of industry trends ● Experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce), KPI dashboards, or simple automation scripts. 我們正在尋找同時具備資料分析能力與 B2B 業務開發傾向的實習夥伴。你將協助建立並維護潛在客戶名單,並以 Excel/Google Apps Script/Python 進行流程優化與報表自動化;同時有效運用內外部資源(CRM、活動名單、公開資料、名單工具等)發掘商機,提升開發效率與轉化品質。 【​​工作內容】: ● 蒐集、整理與分析市場及潛在客戶資料 ● 定期維護更新潛在客戶資料 ● 優化既有流程並設計新工作流程(包含自動化工具開發) ● 數據分析與市場趨勢評估,辨識潛在客戶與銷售機會 ● 支援招商活動事前作業 ● 主管交辦事項 【我們希望你具備】 ● 技術能力:熟稔 Excel,Excel(樞紐分析、資料清洗、進階函數)並至少熟悉一項資料工具(Google Apps Script/Python/基礎爬蟲 擇一) ● 開發傾向:願意並擅長以 Email/LinkedIn/電話 進行初步接觸與名單驗證,能依產業/● 客群/角色調整訊息與話術。 ● 資源運用: 具備主動找線索的能力,能整合 CRM/活動名單/公開資料/名單工具 等資源,快速擴充並提升名單品質。 ● 分析與表達:能將數據轉化為具體行動建議,並以報表/簡報清晰呈現。 ● 注重細節與時程管理;每週可配合 25 小時,具自主管理與進度掌握能力 【加分條件】 ● 對 SaaS/B2B 銷售與商業開發具高度興趣,樂於進行陌生開發與基礎電訪 ● 曾具 BD/SDR/電話開發、接待/客服、餐飲門市(含工讀) 等相關經驗 ● 關注餐飲產業趨勢,對餐飲文化具高度熱忱 ● 具 CRM(如 HubSpot/Salesforce)使用經驗,或能製作 KPI 儀表板/撰寫簡易自動化腳本
