• Synology creates robust data solutions utilized by professional organizations worldwide. Our product portfolio spans private data storage, networking, AI-powered video surveillance, business productivity, and secure cloud data services. As a Product Specialist Intern in the Enterprise Productivity Solutions Team, you’ll work alongside our product manager to support the development and growth of Synology's productivity platform, including Synology Drive, Office, MailPlus, Chat, and Calendar, as well as Synology's emerging AI solutions. This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the full product development cycle — from market research and spec writing to launch readiness and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for: - Leading small-scale product projects end-to-end, including conducting market and user research, writing feature specifications, tracking development progress with PMs, and preparing documentation required for product launches - Identifying opportunities to improve product team workflows and processes based on your project experience, and proposing actionable solutions - Monitoring and synthesizing competitive landscape updates across Synology's key markets and product lines, and sharing regular insights with the team - Supporting the product marketing manager in developing go-to-market materials, including feature briefs, positioning content, and launch assets You will fit right in if: - You are available for a minimum of 6 months, 3 days a week - You are analytical and structured in how you approach problems, with genuine curiosity about user needs and market dynamics - You are someone who naturally leverages AI tools to accelerate your work, whether for research, drafting, or analysis - You are a clear and concise communicator — in writing and in conversation — across different audiences and functions - You embrace ambiguity and see challenges as opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow.
