From supporting talent initiatives and employer branding to creating content for our Global Newsroom, you'll gain hands-on experience in strategic HR, internal communications, and cross-country collaboration. Lead assigned HR projects from planning, execution to results review, and take ownership of project progress. 負責指定 HR 專案，從規劃、執行到成果檢視，主動推動專案進度並完成目標。 2. Create and edit bilingual content for ALP's Global Newsroom, including researching topics, interviewing, writing, and developing engaging stories. 負責 Global Newsroom 中英文內容企劃與製作，主動挖掘公司、人才及各國市場的故事，將資訊轉化為有價值的內容。 3. Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, employee insights, industry benchmarks, and business-related topics to generate actionable insights. 進行 HR 趨勢、員工資訊及產業資料研究與分析，從資料中找出趨勢與洞察，並提出具體建議。 4. Develop project proposals and presentations, turning ideas and analysis into clear recommendations and action plans. 協助專案提案及簡報製作，將想法、資料及分析結果轉化為清楚且具體的行動方案。 5. Collaborate with colleagues across Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore to support cross-country HR projects and initiatives. 與台灣、馬來西亞、泰國及新加坡團隊合作，參與跨國 HR 專案及相關活動。 6. Support employer branding and talent initiatives, including employee engagement, campus engagement, and talent development projects. 參與 Employer Branding、人才發展及員工體驗相關專案，協助提升人才體驗與公司雇主品牌。 7. Explore and apply AI and digital tools to improve HR projects, content creation, research, and analysis. 運用 AI 及數位工具於 HR 專案、內容製作、資料研究及分析，持續探索更有效率的工作方式。 8. Perform other HR projects and assignments as required. 依據團隊需求參與其他 HR 專案與任務。 Who You Are... - Digital savvy and interested in exploring AI, digital tools, and new ways of working. 主動積極、勇於嘗試，樂於學習新工具與新的工作方式。 - Curious and analytical, with the ability to think critically, ask questions, and turn information into insights. 喜歡思考與分析，不只接受資訊，更會主動問「Why」並找出更好的做法。 - Creative thinker with strong planning and problem-solving abilities. 具創意與企劃能力，能將想法轉化為具體的行動與成果。 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and cultures. 具備良好的中英文溝通與表達能力，能與不同部門及文化背景的夥伴合作。 - Detail-oriented while able to see the bigger picture. 細心且具全局觀，能兼顧細節與整體目標。 - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment. 喜歡快速變動、跨國及跨部門的工作環境，具備高度適應力。 What Skills Are Required... - Undergraduate or graduate student in any discipline. 大學或研究所在學學生，不限科系，我們重視的是你的思考方式、學習能力與行動力。 - Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). 中英文聽、說、讀、寫流利，能以英文進行工作溝通及內容撰寫。 - Excellent research, writing, presentation, and analytical skills. 具備良好的資料蒐集、文字撰寫、簡報及分析能力。 - Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). 熟悉 Microsoft Office（PowerPoint、Excel、Word）。 - Experience with Canva, Adobe, AI tools, data visualization, or content creation is a plus. 具 Canva、Adobe、AI 工具、資料視覺化或內容製作經驗者尤佳。 - Experience in student organizations, projects, competitions, research, or event planning is a plus. 具社團、專案、競賽、研究、活動企劃或其他專案經驗者尤佳。 Internship Program｜實習資訊 - Minimum 3 working days per week 每週至少 3 個工作天 - Internship duration: 6 months or above 實習期間 6 個月以上 - Flexible working hours based on class schedule 可依課表彈性安排工作時間 - Outstanding interns may receive a return offer or future full-time opportunities 表現優異者，將優先獲得未來實習延長或正職機會
